Nature of our service

Mooresville Dumpster Co arranges temporary roll-off dumpster rentals for residential, commercial and construction projects in Mooresville, North Carolina and the surrounding Lake Norman and Iredell County communities — home cleanouts, renovation debris, roofing projects, construction waste, yard waste cleanup and commercial junk removal. Depending on the project, the schedule and the location, we may provide the rental directly or connect you with an independent local dumpster rental provider or hauling partner ("Service Provider"). When you request a quote, submit information through the website or call us, your information may be shared with a Service Provider able to handle your request. We do not operate disposal sites or landfill facilities. Each Service Provider operates independently and is responsible for its own pricing, scheduling, operations, customer service and performance. Every rental depends on dumpster availability, the delivery location, the rental duration, the debris type and local, county and state rules, including North Carolina's solid waste requirements.

Acceptance of terms

By using the website, submitting a form, requesting a quote or contacting us by phone, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you will use our services only for lawful purposes, and that you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

No guarantee of service

We work to provide prompt and dependable dumpster rental, but dumpster availability varies with scheduling demand, delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, certain materials or project types may need additional approval, and weather, traffic, landfill restrictions or local regulations may affect scheduling. Same-day and next-day delivery depend on availability. Where a Service Provider handles your rental, the service is performed by that provider, any service agreement is between you and that provider, and we are not responsible for disputes, delays, cancellations or damages arising from it.

Information collection and sharing

When you request a quote, contact us or schedule a rental, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, project location and the details of your rental needs. This information is used for customer communication, scheduling and service coordination, and is shared only with those who need it to respond to your request and coordinate the rental, such as a relevant local Service Provider. The Privacy Policy explains more.

Payments and pricing

Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and vary with the dumpster size, the rental period, weight limits, the materials disposed of, the delivery location, and any additional rental days or overage charges. Please review all quoted pricing before booking. Our flat-rate pricing, whenever possible, includes delivery, pickup, disposal within the included weight allowance and the standard rental period. The container is weighed after pickup and weight over the included allowance is charged on the excess tonnage; extra rental days are charged as quoted. We are not responsible for unexpected charges caused by overloaded containers, prohibited materials, extended rental periods, inaccessible delivery locations or additional landfill or disposal fees. We accept major credit and debit cards, payment is typically processed when your reservation is confirmed, and payment terms are communicated before your reservation is confirmed. Where a Service Provider handles the rental, pricing, billing, invoices, payment collection, refunds and any overage charges may be handled directly between you and that provider, and we are not responsible for that provider's quotes, billing disputes, refund requests, additional fees or payment processing.

Use of the container

Most rentals include a standard rental period, typically 3 to 7 days, unless otherwise agreed; extensions may be available, depending on availability, for an additional daily or weekly fee. You are responsible for providing a safe, accessible placement area able to support the weight of the delivery truck and the loaded container; for loading no higher than the top rim — an overfilled container cannot be legally transported — and spreading the weight evenly; for protecting nearby vehicles, structures and surfaces during loading; and for keeping prohibited materials out. Do not place hazardous waste, chemicals or solvents, paints or oils, fuel, batteries, tires, propane tanks or gas cylinders, flammable materials, medical waste, asbestos-containing materials, large appliances or appliances containing refrigerant, or discarded computers or televisions in the container. North Carolina law says no person shall knowingly dispose of used oil, white goods, antifreeze, whole scrap tires, lead-acid batteries, oil filters or discarded computer equipment and televisions in a landfill (G.S. 130A-309.10(f)). Additional fees may be charged if prohibited materials are found during disposal.

Permits and placement

Placement on private property such as a driveway generally needs no permit. In the Town of Mooresville, the Town Code bars obstructions in streets, sidewalks and alleyways and encroachments on Town property and easements without Town approval (Secs. 20-71, 20-9, 23-107); on NCDOT-maintained roads, G.S. 136-93 requires a written permit for any obstruction; and other towns and counties have their own rules. Following local regulations and HOA requirements is the customer's responsibility. We can help explain the local requirements when you book.

Service provider responsibility

When a Service Provider is involved, it operates as an independent business and is responsible for maintaining required licenses and insurance; obtaining any approvals when necessary; complying with local, county, state and federal laws; proper waste disposal and recycling; safe delivery and pickup; and preventing unnecessary property damage. Mooresville Dumpster Co does not supervise, manage or control the actions, operations or performance of Service Providers.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mooresville Dumpster Co, its owners, affiliates, employees and partners are not liable for property damage caused by improper site conditions, delays related to traffic, weather or landfill operations, losses arising from misuse of a rented container, injuries resulting from unsafe loading practices, scheduling interruptions outside our control, errors or omissions on this website, or disputes between customers and Service Providers.

No warranties

The website and our services are provided "as is" and based on availability at the time of scheduling, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including about continuous availability, specific delivery or pickup times, the suitability of any service for every project type, the quality or reliability of a Service Provider, or the accuracy of third-party information linked from this website.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mooresville Dumpster Co, its employees, affiliates, contractors and partners from any claims, damages, losses or legal expenses arising from your use of this website or our services, a violation of these terms, improper use of a rented container, disposal of prohibited materials, unsafe loading or placement conditions, or your relationship with any Service Provider, including claims brought by third parties.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, and any dispute arising from the use of this website or our services is handled in the appropriate courts serving Iredell County, North Carolina. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is posted here with its revised date, and continued use of the website or our services after that means you accept the changes.
